Dr. Rachel Cohn has been practicing optometry in Potomac since 1994, providing eye care to those in Rockville, Bethesda, Gaithersburg, & other local neighborhoods. Feeling that something was missing in quality & fashionable eyecare, she founded Wink Eyecare in 2006. She achieved her goal of creating a full scope optometry practice that includes the latest technology combined with the latest & most fashionable eyewear designers.
